Administrative Court To Consider “Sami Anan” Case On Dec. 4th

The Administrative Judiciary Court, at the State Council, fixed December 4th session to consider the lawsuit, which had been brought by Dr Samir Sabry; in which he called for suspending the decision of referring the complaints against Senior Commander Sami Anan to the military court over the charges of illicit gains.

The lawsuit No. 59342/66 is against the prosecutor general Abdel Meguid Mahmoud, President Mohamed Morsi, and the minister of defense.

Sabry defended that article 8 bis “A”, which added by law No. 45/2011, is unconstitutional. This article can’t trial the Senior Commander Sami Anan because it violates the article 44 of military court acts.

The lawsuit has called for investigating with Sami Anan over his wealth, the lands he owns in Tagamou Al Khames.
