ADNOC gets $975 mln contract to build artificial island

ADNOC Logistics and Services announced on Thursday that it got a $975 million contract to implement and construct an artificial island by ADNOC Offshore.

According to the contract, ADNOC Logistics and Services will implement the dredging, land reclamation, and construction of the marine installations for the artificial island G in Lower Zakum Field.

About 75 percent of the contract value will be redirected to the local economy through ADNOC’s programme to enhance the in-country value mentioned in the contract.
