Al Ahly posts contractual sales of EGP 5 bln in Oct.

Egypt’s Al Ahly for Real Estate Development had achieved contractual sales of five billion Egyptian pounds ($278.7 million) at the end of October, its managing director Ahmed Sabbour said on Thursday.

These sales were driven by launching new projects in the local market, Sabbour further told Amwal Al Ghad.

“We are looking to win five land plots in New Alamein and New Mansoura cities,” he said, adding that Al Ahly is negotiating with Upper Egyptian governorate of Minya to develop a new land plot there.
