Al Sakty: 80% Of Egyptian Economy Acquired By 1200 Businessmen

Alaa Al Sakty, chairman of the board of Badr Industrial City Investors Association, said there are 1200 businessmen represent big number of the investment institutions in Egypt; acquiring on 80% of national economy.
Alaa Al Sakty told Amwal Al Ghad that supporting the Egyptian national economy and leading it to achieve high growth rates in the coming period necessarily demands considering the interests of those investors, who their investments vary between the agricultural, industrial, commercial and service sectors. He referred that the investors, the state and the social institutions should work together to draw Egypt’s path in the coming period.
He denied that the state has ignored the investments in the national economy and their problems, moreover its retardant in providing the real support to these investments; referring to the efforts the current government to attract the foreign capitals for direct investment in the Egyptian market amid the instability.
