Angel Yeast (Egypt) to increase its exports by 20 % in 2019

Angel Yeast (Egypt) seeks to increase the volume of its exports in 2019 by 20 percent to record $65 million,  its Sales Manager Ahmed Al-azzazy.

He told Amwal Al Ghad that the volume of exports is expected to register $53 million, adding that his company is exporting to 50 countries in Africa and the Middle East.

Al-azzazy further noted that the company aims to increase its sales in the Egyptian market between 250 and 300 million in 2019, compared to 200 million expected to be achieved in 2018.

Through company’s investment of $100 million, a modern high-active dry yeast factory has been set up in Industrial Park, New Beni Suef.

In this project, the world’s advanced technology and the new equipment technology such as Germany’s Siemens PCS7 control system has been adopted to realize the automation of the production process, ensuring the stability of products’ quality.

He further noted that the company aims at increasing its market share in Egypt from 60 percent to 75 percent in 2018.
