Arab Contractors completes $24,5mn Jeddah’s Prince Majed Bridge

The leading Cairo-based construction firm, Arab Contractors announced Monday the completion of the bridge intersection of Prince Majed and Bani Malek streets in Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah city.

The bridge Road intersection has been inaugurated by Jeddah City Mayor Hani Abu Ras, with cost of 92 million Saudi riyals (US$24,5 million).

From his part, Mohsen Salah – Chairman of Arab Contractors, said the Prince Majed road project had been completed within 18-month timeframe, aiming to ease the traffic flow in Jeddah municipality.

The Arab Contractors Company’s (AC) business volume in Saudi Arabia exceeds one billion riyals (US$ 266,6 million). The Egyptian construction giant is executing a bunch of important large projects in Saudi Arabia such as: bridge intersection of Imam Saud bin Abdul Aziz Street in Riyadh, Haramain High Speed train in Madinah, a bridge in Thumama road, east of Riyadh, and Al-Hijrah Road in Mecca city.
