Asia markets briefing 28/03/2023

The Asian market witnessed a drop in the Chinese main index, SSEC, by -0.19 percent to 3,245.38. The index lost 6.02 points and recorded a day high value of 3,264.10 and a day low value of 3,241.74.

The Nikkei 225 index, Japan’s main index, rose by 0.15 percent to close at 27,518.25 with a 41.38 point increase. The index recorded a day high value of 27,603.45 and a day low value of 27,432.76.

Hong Kong’s main index, HSI, climbed by 1.11 percent to 19,784.65, with a 216.96 point increase. It recorded a day high value of 19,875.11 and a day low value of 19,559.47.
