Asian markets briefing 01/06/2023

The majority of the Asian markets closed high on Thursday with the Chinese main index, SSEC, remaining unchanged at 3,204.63.

Nikkei 225, Japan’s main index, rose by 0.84 percent to 31,148.01, gaining 260.13 points.

HSI, Hong Kong’s main index, fell by -0.10 percent to 18,216.91, losing 17.36 points.
