Asian Markets briefing 07/03/2023

The Asian markets witnessed both inclines and declines in the trade today with the Chinese main index SSEC dropping by -1.11 percent. The index reached a value of 3,285.10, with an opening value of 3,320.21. The index recorded a day high value of 3,342.86 and a day low value of 3,284.41.

The Japanese index Nikkei 225 climbed by a percentage of 0.25 percent to reach a value of 28,309.16, when it opened at 28,202.59 at the beginning of the session. The index recorded a day high value of 28,398.27 and a day low value of 28,202.59.

Hong Kong’s main index Hang Sang (HSI) fell by -0.39 percent to 20,522.65. The index opened at 20,606.83, recording a day high value of 21,005.66, and a day low value of 20,358.78.
