Asian stocks increase, Hong Kong leading the region

Asian markets finished broadly higher on Monday and shares in Hong Kong leading the region. The Hang Seng increased by 2.69 percent while Japan’s Nikkei 225 is up 1.16 percent and China’s Shanghai Composite added 0.82 percent.

The S&P ASX 200 in Australia gained 0.97 percent while Tiwan’s TS50 index added 1.54 percent and Taiwan TAIEK index is high with 1.54 percent. Elsewhere in India, Bombay’s S&P BSE SENSEX rose by 0.65 percent.

South Korea’s Kospi recorded an increase by 0.33 percent, KOSDAQ index added 1.25 percent, and KRX 100 index is up by 0.48 percent. The New Zealand’s EXCH NZSX 50 added 0.47 percent.
