Better Home Company has finished promoting 60 percent of its Midtown New Cairo project , general manager Ashraf Adel said on Monday.

The total cost of Midtown New Cairo project -that has been implemented with self-finance- is estimated at 700 million Egyptian pounds (US$ 89.4 million), the official stated.

He added that the project is situated in front of the American University in Cairo (AUC) including 460 housing units with various spaces ranging between 100-135 meters.

The project has been implemented according to three financial phases, Adel clarified . Better Home has doubled the payment period to be five years.

Managing director Adel further stated that the company has  finished executing and selling Midtown Mall project.

Moreover, Better Home is planning to enter into new projects in Tagamoa ElKhames “Fifth settlement”.
