BNP Paribas To Accept Offers For Egypt Unit Soon

BNP Paribas SA will begin receiving offers for its Egyptian consumer-banking unit in the coming days, the independent newspaper Al-Shorouk reported, citing Egyptian banking officials.

The deal could bring in about $400 million for the French bank, the newspaper reported.
