Cairo trading closed for holiday on new Islamic year today
The Egyptian Exchange announced Tuesday that trading Wednesday, October 13th, 2015 is an official holiday on the occasion of the new Islamic year.
The stock market will reopen Thursday, 15 October.
The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) has made a similar announcement of halting banking activities on Wednesday.
