Capital Group Properties launching new housing units in Alburouj New Cairo

Capital Group Properties (CGP), part of Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG), is launching a bunch of new housing units in its Egyptian urban flagship Alburouj in New Cairo, said chief projects officer Amgad Hassanein on Monday.

Hassanein further made these remarks on the sidelines of the Seventh Annual Cityscape Egypt Conference, which takes place at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza on 12th and 13th March.

“It is planned to start delivering the project’s first units within the next Summer,” the Egyptian official stated, adding that Alburouj will include the implementation of a central park over 70 faddans.

Moreover, Hassanein referred that the real estate developer firms working in the private sector participate in achieving the urban development and establishing a number of new communities within the upcoming years.
