Castle Development markets Castle Landmark New Capital at NextMove Egypt

Castle Development, a property firm that focuses on developing high-value real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and administrative projects in Egypt as well as the gulf area, is taking part in this year’s edition of Next Move exhibition to showcase Castle Landmark, its flagship project in partnership with El Makassa.

An upscale smart residential compound located in the New Administrative Capital, Castle Landmark features a total of 1724 units to be developed over four phases. The project, expected for delivery by 2022, is ideally located at the R7 site, behind the BUE, and covers 41.5 acres at a total of 5 billion EGP.

Since its launch in August 2018, sales for the project’s first phase reached 80%, with foreigners representing half of that figure.

“The trust established by our sister company, ABC in Jeddah, allowed us to effectively penetrate markets across the gulf area and attract customers, especially from the GCC, looking for premium solutions in Egypt,” said Ahmed Mansour, CEO of Castle Development.

He further emphasized on the company’s approach towards the export of real estate saying this concept does not only help developers market and sell their products to a wider range of customers, it also helps in promoting the Egyptian real estate industry and its scope of potential in the region.

In order to add to the project’s unique value proposition, Castle Development has recently partnered with international insurance company, MetLife Alico.

“It is crucial for us to bring forth partnerships that complement our vision, we believe that optimum security is essential to any decision making process, especially when looking for a new home. Our partnership with MetLife Alico will provide a two-year coverage to all units in case of fire, theft, and accidents,” added Mansour.

Castle Development contracted MIG, one of its sister companies, to carry out construction work for Castle Landmark, while Egyptian-German Okoplan Consulting Engineers, were chosen to do the landscaping.

The compound introduces cutting-edge, ultra-modern design concepts that involve elements of nature in every aspect of its plan, where 81 percent of the land area is allocated to greenery and open space.

Moreover, 70 percent of Castle Landmark’s fully finished units depend on solar energy, and offer central air conditioning and premium security systems alongside a lineup of premium amenities and facilities, including a clubhouse, gym, comprehensive parking space, as well as commercial and recreational areas all adjacent to the city’s Green River.
