Chestertons partners with Gemini to kick off Egypt operations

Dubai-based property consultancy major Chestertons International announced on Monday an affiliation agreement with Cairo-based Gemini for Real Estate Brokerage, aiming to launch its operation in Egypt.

The objective of this agreement is not only to launch Chestertons’ operations in Egypt, but also to create and implement concrete steps towards the integration of the next stage of brokerage standards in the North African country and to provide an exceptional customer experience, the company said in a statement.

“It also showcases Chestertons’ global network to ensure clients receive the best investment options and opportunities locally and globally, while representing Egypt’s prestigious homes and developments, backed by Gemini’s exceptional market expertise.” the company statement read.

Established in 1805 by Charles Chesterton, Chestertons has mainly been based in London, but has expanded into international markets with 120 offices in 20 countries, in the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, Caribbean, Middle East, and North Africa.

Founded in 2021, Gemini for Real Estate Brokerage has become one of the leading brokerage firms in Egypt, with properties spanning the entirety of the country.
