China to reviews anti-dumping duties on EU toluidine

China will begin an expiry review of anti-dumping measures on toluidine, an organic chemical imported from the European Union (EU), Ministry of Commerce said on Thursday.

Toluidine is used in the production of dyes, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides. China initially imposed anti-dumping duties on EU toluidine imports in June 2013, with rates ranging from 19.6 per cent to 36.9 per cent.
