Cooperation Protocol between Communications, Education, and Environment Ministries

Dr. Mohammed Salim – Minister of Communications and Information Technology- signed today a protocol of cooperation with the Ministries of Education and Environment on the sidelines of Cairo ICT Exhibition, held in the period from 26-29 April.

Salim said that the protocol signed with the Ministry of Education aims at launching a guidance project on the regard of the Ministry’s initiative of producing locally made 10,000 Tablet PC for schools and universities students, pointing out that the implementation of the project would begin with the next school year.

He added that the ministry also signed a new protocol with the Ministry of Environment aiming at using environmental friendly applications in various fields, pointing out that the most important areas that will focused on by the two ministries relate to housing, transport, health and irrigation.
