CPAS Develops 3 Of Alexbank Branches

The Center for Planning and Architectural Studies (CPAS) contracted Bank of Alexandria to manage a development process of 3 branches of the bank, which are Hadaeyk el Kobba branch, Damanhour branch, and Al-Sheikh zayeyd branch in Ismailia governorate, in a total investment cost of 4.850 million EGP.

Dr. Mohamed Abd Elbaky  – Chairman of the center- said that the processes of manipulation and isolation of the basement floor are undertaken currently in Hadayek el Kobba branch, in preparation of developing the whole building, and this process will cost 350,000 EGP.

Abd Elbaky also said that the center has finished the development designs of Damanhour branch, as a step of starting operations in the current month, and he added that the cost of this process will reach 2.5 million EGP.

He mentioned that the center will be finishing the construction of Al-Sheikh Zayed branch in Ismailia governorate by the next April -in a cost of 2 million EGP -, as he mentioned that the construction process started in October 2011.
