Delta Construction to Reform its Board of Directors
The administration of the Egyptian Exchange has received a statement from Delta for Construction and Rebuilding Company (DCRC) including the content of a meeting held by the company’s board of directors on the 22nd of September 2012, for changing the board’s representatives.
The board approved activating the decision issued by the Delta Agricultural Development’s board after the 21th of July 2012 meeting, in which the board chairman suggested assigning Dr. Mounir Ibrahim Abdel-Magid Saleh Hendy and Eng. Sameh Abdel-Latif El-Sayed Ahmed, in addition to himself to represent the company in meetings conducted by the board of directors and general assembly of DCRC.
The Board also accepted Aly Fathy El-Sayed Atta as a member. Whereupon, the board include the following members:
