Dollar vs Egyptian pound at early Saturday interbank in 23 banks

The table below demonstrates the selling and buying prices of U.S. dollar against the Egyptian pound in 23 banks during Saturday’s early interbank dealings in Egypt, according to data compiled by Amwal Al Ghad.

The country’s central bank abandoned earlier in November the pound’s peg of 8.8 to the dollar in an effort to attract inflows of capital and close down a booming black market in dollars.
