EBRD invites Egypt Bourse Chief to speak at Annual Meeting

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has invited Egyptian stock Exchange (EGX)’s Chairman Mohamed Omran to deliver a speech at the 2015 EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum.

Omran’s speech will be among the key events leading up to the EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum slated on May 14-15, 2015, in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Investing for Change will be the overarching theme of this year’s Business Forum.

The two-day programme comprises: Discussion Panels, Countries Investment Outlook Sessions, the Host Country Investment Outlook Session, the Civil Society Programme, Networking Events and all Associated Events.

From his part, EGX chairman chief Omran said the annual meeting will involve a discussion panel on Egypt’s investment outlook, which in return it would represent an opportunity to present the latest updates on the Egyptian economy and capital market.

The Annual Meetings and Business Forum of the EBRD bring together each year global decision makers, corporate executives and EBRD staff, to find out more about the Bank’s initiatives across the EBRD region and to establish new business contacts.
