EGP fluctuates against USD in Tuesday’s early trading

The Egyptian Pound (EGP) fluctuated against the US Dollar (USD) in early trading on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, prompting several banks to adjust their buying and selling rates.

The National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Faisal Islamic Bank, and the United Bank maintained their rates at EGP 48.10 and EGP 48.20, respectively.

Meanwhile, the Commercial International Bank (CIB) and QNB ALAHLI slightly increased their rates to EGP 48.12 and EGP 48.22, respectively.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank updated their rates to EGP 48.42 and EGP 48.52, while the Arab African International Bank announced their rates at EGP 48.35 and EGP 48.45.

These adjustments reflect the banks’ response to the EGP’s market performance and their commitment to providing competitive rates to their customers.
