EGX In Green, earns L.E 2.4 billion

On Wednesday closing session, EGX has managed to post gains of L.E 2.4 billion as the capital market amounted to L.E 371.929 billion.

The main index, EGX 30 went up 0.76% to close at 5090.72 p. EGX20 raised 0.92% to close at 5942.27 p.

Meanwhile, the mid- and small-cap index, the EGX70 increased 0.65% to close at 481.19 p. Price index EGX100 hiked 0.46% to close at 821.65 p.

The total value traded recorded L.E 607.118 million; while the total volume traded reached 160.894 securities executed over 33.856 thousand transactions this week.

This was after trading in 179 listed securities; 54 down and 107 up while 18 keeping their previous levels.
