EGX’s Red Flags in Mid-Trading, losses L.E690 Million

The EGX has incurred losses of L.E690 million during Sunday’s mid- trading leading the market capital of the listed stocks to reach L.E387.817 billion.

EGX30 has slumped by 0.46% to reach 5345.46p, while the EGX20 has hiked by 0.25% to reach 6395.72p. EGX70 has increased by 0.88% to reach 526.38p; the EGX100 has risen by 0.30% to reach 875.79p.

The market has recorded turnovers of L.E265.245 million through a volume of trading amounted to 73.180 million shares for 17.378 thousand transactions.

This was after trading in 171 listed securities; 93 up and 60 down while 18 keeping their previous levels.

Foreign investors have made up sale deals concluding 12.91% of the total market the difference value between their sales and purchases worth L.E24.476 million.

Egyptian and Arab investors were responsible for the purchase deals as the difference amount between their purchase and sale deals worth L.E18.897 million and L.E5.579 million.
