Egypt aims to benefit from Singapore’s expertise in establishing industrial zones

Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Qabil said Saturday that Egypt is seeking to benefit from Singapore’s expertise in industrial development, establishing industrial zones and get to  know the latest industrial technology used in the in the industry sector in Singapore.

The minister added that Egypt has great investment opportunities in the industry sector, which can attract the Singaporean businessmen especially after launching  Egypt’s first comprehensive industrial investment map.

Egypt’s first comprehensive industrial investment map includes different opportunities available in the industrial sector, based on the competitive advantages of each governorate.

Earlier today, Qabil returned to Egypt from his Singapore visit, where he had met with senior officials and businessmen in the Asian country.

The talks  focused on efforts to boost bilateral cooperation in the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
