Egypt hires Credit Agricole, Citi, HSBC, Deutsche Bank for U.S. dollar green bonds

Egypt has hired four banks ahead of a potential issuance of U.S. dollar-denominated green bonds, according to a document obtained by Reuters on Monday.
Crédit Agricole, Citi, HSBC, and Deutsche Bank will be arranging investor calls ahead of the anticipated deal, which would be of benchmark size and have a five-year maturity.
Benchmark bonds are generally designed to be upwards of $500 million.
