Egypt is completing 2,832 units, including 118 buildings in 10th of Ramadan, one of the largest industrial cities in Cairo, as part of the first phase of the state middle-income residential flagship Dar Misr.
Established in 1977 by presidential decree No. 249, 10th of Ramadan is located on Cairo-Ismailia desert highway road, 46km (29 miles) from Cairo and 20km (12 miles) from Belbeis City in Sharqia Governorate.
The country has carried out 95 percent of the works in the city, said 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority’s head Adel Al Naggar on Thursday.
“The accomplishment rates of implementing 1,800 units, including 75 buildings reached around 60 percent within the second phase of the project (Dar Misr) in the city,” Al Naggar further added.
The state is currently executing 4,608 units among Dar Misr’s third phase, under the auspices of 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, the official stated, referring that the homes will be launched for reservation soon.
