Egypt’s National Authority for Regulating Advertisements on Public Roads has launched a digital platform that allows advertising companies, agencies, and the public to access services and submit complaints online, as part of the government’s digital transformation programme.
The platform, launched by the Cabinet-affiliated authority, initially enables advertising companies and agencies to submit complaints electronically through an official communication channel intended to speed up their review and resolution. Members of the public can also file complaints, submit suggestions and send inquiries online.
Chief Executive Officer Iman Nabil said the authority would introduce additional digital services in phases, including the electronic submission and tracking of roadside advertising licence applications.
“The new services are designed to simplify procedures, reduce processing times, and improve the user experience,” Nabil said.
The platform also provides information on the authority’s mandate, regulations, legislation, official decisions, and guidance governing the roadside advertising sector, alongside news updates and official announcements.
Nabil said the authority will continue to expand the platform with additional digital services to improve access for investors and advertisers and enhance the efficiency of public services, in line with Egypt’s digital government strategy.
