Egypt makes new natgas Western Desert discovery producing 4,100 barrelsls

Egypt has made a new oil discovery in Abu Senan area in the Western Desert which started to produce 4,100 barrels of crude oil and 18 million cubic feet of gas per day.

The dicovery was made after after Borg El-Arab Petroleum and Mineral Company drilled El Salmiya-5 well

It is noteworthy to mention that in December 2019, the Borg El-Arab Petroleum Company announced a major oil discovery in ASH-2 in the Abu Senan area in the Western Desert.
