Egypt mulls $5 bln petrochemical complex in Alexandria – governor
Egypt is studying a plan to build a petrochemical complex in Alexandria, the country’s second largest city, with investments approaching $5 billion, said Alexandria Governor on Tuesday.
Governor Abdel Aziz Konsowa made these remarks during a meeting organised by the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association with 40 Saudi Arabian investors.
“Alexandria governorate completed its strategic plan that includes real estate and industrial opportunities as well as medical cities,” he said.
