Egypt Post: EGP 50 Mln Incentives Increasing For 48.000 Employees

Dr Ashraf Gamal El-Din the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Egypt National Post Authority, has asserted that the Board of Directors approved to raise the incentives of 48.000 employees with EGP 50 million to make the total incentives up EGP 240 million instead of EGP 190 million.

Dr. Gamal El-Din added to Amwal Al Ghad that the broad of Directors approved to decrease the incentives and rewards for some advisory jobs which affected the increasing of the available liquidity that has to be pumped to increase the incentives for the lower grades.

Gamal El-Din has pointed out that the proposal increase does not include administrative grades, which brings the number of employees by about 2,000 employees across Egypt post, pointing out that the total number of employees reached 50.000 employees and workers.

Egypt Post has approved its budget in Shura Council which estimated at EGP 16.5 billion.

It is worth mentioning that the age of Egypt Post is 148 years, and it has 4000 branches spreading across the country, in addition, 50.000 employees and 22 million savings account.
