Egypt ratifies Tomorrow two Real Estate MoUs signed in March Summit

Egyptian Ministry of Housing will ratify tomorrow memorandums of understanding with Egypt’s Mountain View and Saudi Arabia’s Sisban Holdings for two real estate projects.

With expected revenues worth 61 billion Egyptian pounds (US$8 billion), the two MoUs have been signed during Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) that took place on 13-15 March in Sharm el-Sheikh.

The first project will be in New Cairo on an area of 500 feddans with total revenues of 35 billion pounds (US$4.6 billion); the second is in 6th of October City on 470 feddans and with total revenues of 26 billion pounds (US$3.4 billion).
