Egypt to adopt real estate regulatory bill in days

Egypt is to adopt the long-awaited real estate regulation bill by the Cabinet in the coming few days, said Vice Chairman of New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for real estate and commercial affairs.

During the second day of Egypt Builders Forum on Wednesday, Tarek Al-Sebaey said the new regulations would include terms to organise the partnership between NUCA, an agency under the Egyptian Ministry of Housing, and the property developer, in carrying out new projects.
