Egypt will import 35 Cargoes of LNG from Russia’s Gazprom

Egypt state company, Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) has signed a deal to import 35 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Russia’s Gazprom over five years, the oil ministry said.

Under terms of the agreement, Gazprom will start shipments in the second half of 2015, with seven cargoes arriving per year, it said according to Reuters.
