Egypt to sign final Agreements of Seven EEDC Deals in Two Weeks

The Egyptian government targets signing final agreements of seven Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) in real estate sector within two weeks, investment minister Ashraf Salman told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.

The seven MoUs were signed during Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) that had been held on March 13-15 in Sharm el-Sheikh.

A formed committee to follow up the latest developments in the projects signed in the March summit is currently seeking to sign the final agreement on Egypt’s new administrative capital project, the minister added, asserting that the Emirati side has appointed an international lawyer to follow up the project’s procedures.

Moreover, Salman clarified that the committee holds regular meetings at the end of every week, to review all MoUs that had been signed in different sectors as well as to connect with foreign investors.
