Trade exchange between Egypt and the U.S. reached $7.3 billion during the first nine months of the year up from $6.5 billion during the same period a year earlier, recording an increase of 13.4 percent, CAPMAS data revealed on Wednesday.
The report also showed that total Egyptian exports to the U.S. has reached $1.8 billion during the first nine months of the year, compared to 1.9 billion dollars during the same period in 2021.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian imports from U.S. amounted $5.5 billion during the first nine months of 2022, compared to $4.6 billion during the same period in 2021, recording an increase of 19.5 percent.
