Egyptian Exchange briefing 05/07/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed low on Wednesday with the main index, EGX 30, dropping by -0.49 percent to 17,380.33. The index lost 85.85 points, recording a day high value of 17,564.24 and a day low value of 17,380.33.

EGX 70 soared by 1.31 percent and gained 46.23 points to close at 3,569.33. The index recorded a day high value of 3,569.33 and a day low value of 3,521.41.

EGX 30 Capped fell by -0.37 percent to 21,142.64, losing 78.74 points. It recorded a day high value of 21,394.42 and a day low value of 21,136.44.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap lost around five billion EGP today.
