Egyptian Exchange briefing 12/04/2023

The Egyptian Exchange closed low on Wednesday, with the main index, EGX 30, dropping by -1.59 percent. The index closed at 16,741.45 losing 270.23 points. It recorded a day high value of 17,011.68 and a day low value of 16,696.78.

EGX 70 fell by -0.46 percent losing 13.87 points, to close at 2,973.94. The index recorded a day high value of 3,000.41 and a day low value of 2,973.94.

EGX 30 Capped inched down -1.70 percent to 20,020.94, after it lost 346.32 points. The index recorded a day high value of 20,367.26 and a day low value of 20,020.94, the closing value.

The Egyptian Exchange market cap lost around 9 billion Egyptian pounds today.
