Egyptian Government Has to Legally Combat Prophet’s Profaning Movie

Google Egypt has revealed that removing all the clips of the movie profaning Islamic Prophet Muhammad (peace Upon him) requires a firm interference from the Egyptian government, by taking legal actions to ban broadcasting the movie on the local level.

Maha Abou El Einein, spokeswomen of Google Middle East and North Africa, stated that the Google-owned Youtube has banned viewing the original and high-copy version of the movie in Egypt, highlighting that the videos that are currently available on the website are not original.

In order to ban these open-access videos, a number of users has to submit complaints, she added, highlighting that this is the international policy of the Youtube and that otherwise the video will continue to be accessible.
