Egyptian ICT Ministry May Provide 1 Million Jobs by 2021

Egyptian Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Ministry expected that the direct and indirect job opportunities in ICT sector will be around million vacancies by 2021 distributing between 250.000 direct and 750.000 indirect.

In a press conference which has held today, the Minister explained that the volume of contribution will reach about EGP195 billion in Gross national products (GNP) within 5 years.

The Ministry will focus on developing the sector, so the number of ADSL’s subscribers will reach 50% in compared to 14% now.
