Egyptian pavilion attracts over 120K at Expo Osaka

The Egyptian pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025 has seen a large turnout since its opening on April 13, 2025, welcoming more than 120,000 visitors, according to a statement from the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade.

Visitors expressed keen interest in the pavilion’s rich and diverse content, highlighting both the grandeur of ancient Egyptian civilisation and the achievements of the modern Egyptian state, according to the statement.

This edition features participation from over 160 countries and international organisations and is expected to attract around 30 million visitors from Japan and across the world, including tourists, officials, and business leaders.
