Egyptian property developer Al Forat posts $56mn contractual sales in Jewar project

Egypt-based real estate property, Al Forat Real Estate Investment, achieved contractual sales of 500 million Egyptian pounds ($56million) its flagship project, Jewar Compound, phase I and II said Alaa Abdelhady, its marketing executive Thursday.

The company has already promoted the first phase of the project while it has started promoting the second phase during 2016 edition of Egypt’s leading property exhibition, Cityscape that took place last month in Cairo. In addition, the first two phases would be delivered by November 2018.

Jewar Compound stretches over an area of 33 feddans, a convenient and ideal area on Borg Al Arab road. It includes 212 villas with various spaces between 208 and 235 meter square, established over four phases.

The Compound is carefully designed with one goal in mind – to give its residents the luxury of living within a peaceful and carefree environment at luxury designed villas.
