Egypt’s property developer firm, Al Dau says it targets contractual sales worth 600 million Egyptian pounds ($33.9 million) from the housing part in its flagship Al Dau Strand.
Bahaa Karim Hefzallah, Al Dau Co.’s Marketing Director, told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday that the project is located at the heart of Hurghada in Red Sea over 25,000 square metres, with investments worth more than 500 million pounds.
Al Dau Strand, set to include 300 units, will be executed in one phase and promoted in two phases, Hefzallah said.
“We started marketing the project’s first phase last year,” the Egyptian official stated, adding that Al Dau Co. has sold 70 units in the phase.
