Egypt Banks Announces July 1st Official Holiday On New FY

Banks in Egypt will be closed on 1 July due to end of 2012/13 fiscal year. Egypt’s banks and stock exchange (Egyptian Exchange – EGX) will be closed on Monday 1 July due to the end the 2012/13 fiscal year and the beginning of the 2013/14 fiscal year.

Banks and the stock market shall resume their activities on Tuesday July 2nd.
