Egypt’s Cabinet approves Elsewedy Electric wiring harness factory in Fayoum

Egypt’s Cabinet approved on Thursday the launch of contracting procedures with Elsewedy Electric to establish a factory for manufacturing electrical wiring harnesses and related components in Fayoum governorate.

The factory will be built on a 22.6-feddan site in the Monshaat Kamal district of Fayoum, according to a Cabinet statement.

The government did not disclose the project’s investment value or expected production capacity.
