Egypt’s Court Adjourns The National Newspapers Case Till Oct.

The Supreme Administrative Court, headed by Judge Magdy al-Agati, deputy chairman of State’s council, adjourned the verdict of the two challenges of Mahmud Nafadi, deputy chief editor of Al-Jumhuriyah newspaper, which call for canceling the Administrative Judiciary court’s verdict of supporting the Shura council decision. The decision concerns opening the nomination for chief of editors’ posts; starting from next October.

Mahmud Nafadi, deputy chief of editor of Al-Jumhuriyah newspaper, said the court’s decision of adjourning the challenge helps Shura Council to take the procedures of appointing the chief of editors, as well the absences  of the government’s lawyer raises doubts.
