Egypt’s Defense Minister Forms New SCAF

Lt. Gen. Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, the new Egyptian Defense Minister, has finished the formation of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF), and prepared a list of the new members to be showed to President Mohamed Morsi.

The list doesn’t have any of the former Defense Minister’s assistants, neither Gen. Adel Omara nor Gen. Mokhtar El Moula.
