Egypt’s Diarna Real Estate has achieved 650 million Egyptian pounds ($36.2 million) in its clients’ contractual sales during the first half of the year, its projects sector head Reda El Menshawy said on Wednesday.
The real estate marketing firm is planning to increase the contractual sales to 1.250 billion pounds at the end of the current year, El Menshawy told Amwal Al Ghad.
Diarna is seeking to open new offices in a number of the country’s governorates and Sixth of October City, 38km (23.6 miles) from the centre of Cairo, as well as a new branch in the Unities Arab Emirates within the next year, he said.
