Egypt’s domestic liquidity rises 2.1% in April

Egypt’s domestic liquidity inched up to 6.416 trillion Egyptian pounds ($344.8 billion) in the at the end of April from 6.280 trillion pounds at the end of March.

The increase in domestic liquidity was reflected in the growth of the country’s money supply to 1.478 trillion pounds at the end of April from 1.469 trillion pounds at the end of March and the quasi-money to 4.937 trillion pounds from 4.810 trillion pounds.
